A BILL
To extend and modify the temporary suspension of duty on pigment preparations based on cerium sulfide or mixtures of cerium sulfide and lanthanum sulfide.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. PIGMENT PREPARATIONS BASED ON CERIUM SULFIDE OR MIXTURES OF CERIUM SULFIDE AND LANTHANUM SULFIDE.
(a) In General- Heading 9902.22.90 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (relating to cerium sulfide pigments) is amended--
(1) by striking the article description and inserting the following: ‘Pigment preparations based on cerium sulfide or mixtures of cerium sulfide and lanthanum sulfide (provided for in subheading 3206.49.60)’; and
(2) by striking ‘12/31/2009’ and inserting ‘12/31/2011’.
(b) Effective Date- The amendments made by subsection (a) apply to goods entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after the 15th day after the date of the enactment of this Act.
