Summary:
4/1/2008--Introduced.Amends the Internal Revenue Code to allow individual taxpayers a one-time tax credit for up to $10,000 of the cost of a principal residence purchased in the United States within the 12-month period following enactment of this Act. Terminates such credit after 2009.
