It may be rather difficult to discover the answer to my question, amidst the many pages of procedural format of this Resolution. My primary question is "Which segment of our population actually benefits from this measure?. . . undocumented immigrants?" There are too many unanswered questions to adopt this measure into law without grave consequences for America! REPLY
