It makes a lot of sense to legislate some more stimulous money to states in an attempt to correct what the bailout funds failed to accomplish. Does this remind anyone of rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic? With all of us, as well as our unborn children and grandchildren already mortgaged by our federal indebtedness, how is this going to be financed? Is Congress going to pass a hat among its members?
