This bill is very important, without tractor trailers our economy would not exsist. Trucks move everything we have, from food to clothing to the gas for our cars. These drivers are forced to park where ever they can due to the hours of service limit the government puts on them, and there are not enough safe places to park. Jason was working hard to provide for his wife and 2 year old son and the twins his wife was expecting at the time of his murder. We need to do all we can to make sure this bill is passed to keep other truck drivers safe. No family deserves to go thru what my sister, nephews and niece, along with the rest of the family has since Jason was killed on March 5th in South Carolina. Please Support this Bill. REPLY

H.R. 2156 is a very important Bill for the safety of our nations' truckers. Many parts of this country provide no safe parking areas for our drivers. Now, with the talk of closing down further rest areas, like in the state of Virginia, this will only add to the safe parking issue, further complicating the matter for our professional truck drivers. Jason's Law focuses on an issue that is long over due. Vote "yes" for H.R. 2156 - Safety should be our number 1 priority. REPLY
