This measure seems redundant and irrelevant, with pending passage of the single-payer government run healthcare system President Obama and his 111th Congress want to burden us with. Once we are all on board, we will be required to subscribe to the national health plan (except for union members) or pay a penalty. After all citizens are on board, the President will be free to focus on lucrative senator retirements and healthcare plans for the benefit of American wealth distribution. REPLY
