We were told that Social Security is so broke that they had to cancel COLAs for the next two years. Yet, Senator Inouye now wants to spend even more of our entitlement money to accomplish something that would best be left to state management.....Again!!! Watch out for revenue enhancement, taxpayers. Key words are "Public Health Service"! REPLY
