Fruit of The Poisoned Tree Doctrine . . . . . . . . . . . . . The Health Care Reform proposal before Congress, anything and anyone associated with it, may be defined in accordance with the "Fruit of The Poisoned Tree Doctrine"! Those who have developed a political or moral attachment to it may be called upon for judicial review. Many aspects of the way Health Care Reform is written, lied about and manipulated by government officials, is in conflict with the Declaration of Independence, Bill of Rights and U.S. Constitution, and may subsequently be declared illegal in structure, application and regulation, resulting in congestion of many Appeals Courts, as well as the Supreme Court! Considering your legal experience, who may be more qualified to figure out your truth! If you can live with this knowledge, and continue to support such unconscionable legislation and political manipulations (such as the 'self executing rule' ), just remember the impact of the ancient adage "what you do to the least of mine, you do also to me"! In the meantime, we are barely 8 months away from our 2010 election. Do you want to serve on the 112th Congress? * * * * * * * * * * * * *
