Let me get this straight . . . President Obama, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid are trying to compel Congress to pass a health care plan . . . 1) Written by a committee whose chairman says he doesn't understand it, 2) Passed by a Congress that hasn't read it but members exempt themselves from it, 3) To be signed by a President who also hasn't read it and doesn't really seem to care what it contains, 4) With funding administered by a treasury chief who didn't pay his taxes, 5) All to be overseen by a surgeon general who is obese, 6) And financed by a country that's broke. What else could possibly go wrong? http://usdebtclock.org/ Could this be "social justice"? We know passage techniques employed are illegal and unconstitutional! As any fruit of the poison tree, it will be challenged in court, as unconstitutional, and rewritten by the 112th Congress! Considering this, do you really want your name associated with this most unconcionable piece of legislation? * * * * * * * * * * * * *

FRUIT OF THE POISON TREE DOCTRINE . . . . . . . . . . . . . . The Health Care Reform proposal before Congress, and anything (and anyone) associated with it may be considered "fruit of the poison tree", should it become law and until all ramifications of it die a natural death. Those politically tied to it (unless otherwise legally implicated) may rapidly disappear from the political scene and into obscurity. Many aspects of the way Health Care Reform is written are in conflict with the Declaration of Independence, Bill of Rights and U.S. Constitution, and may subsequently be declared illegal in structure, application and regulation, resulting in congesting of many Appeals Courts, up to and including the Supreme Court! Considering your legal experience, who is more qualified to figure out your truth! If you can live with this knowledge, and continue to support such malicious legislation and the unconscionable manipulations taken to pass it (such as the 'self executing rule' ), more power to you!!! In the meantime, we are 9 months away from our next election. Do you want to serve on the 112th Congress?

Bart Stupak is like the rest of the Commy Pinko Dem's in D.C. We, the public made our views extremely clear on this bogus piece of legislation, but it fell on deaf ears. Obama, Pelosi, Reid and the likes of them are extremely misguided individuals. They have told us they want what is best for the American People. That is crap!! If that were so one of them would know me well enough to tell me my name. I know what my name is and I also know what is best for me and I darn sure don't need them to tell me. And if they wanted what is best for we Americans, this piece of junk would never have been passed. They would have listened to us. Wonder what Bart received in order for him to change his mind. Didn't hear anything about him being given an airplane ride at our expense, so he must have been promised the honor of seeing an unborn baby ripped to pieces. That would change anybody's vote. I am very disappointed in him, especially after he squawed so hard about being pro-life. I have come to the conclusion pro-life to politicians means Professional Life. "Pro-life" is just an abbreviation. As far as the 112th Congress being 9 months away, after all of the illegals get amnesty, we may as well hang it up. You know that one will pass, because that is millions of votes for the Dem's. Like I have always heard, money talks and bullshit walks. There sure is a lot of that walking around in D.C.
