Representative Snyder is a poor representative for the State of Arkansas. He is on the veterans committee in the House, and is largely not effective in his performance on the committee. He is a typical politician, who will not support causes for his consituant base. One large example is his support for veterans on the issue of concurrent receipt. It does not exist. As a member of the veterans committee he does not support legislation, nor will he use his position on the committee to help veterans in his legislative area. He does not support HR 303 or HR 333, and has never supported the issue during his years on the veterans committee. He will not even co sponsor the legislation when asked for his support. His own legislative web site does not expand on veteran issues he supports. A very typical politician with not subsance or merit. Represenative Snyder does not submit legislation for veterans, and seems only to be concerned with trite policies that make him appear to have substance on the Washington political scene. This represetative is a poor example of a person being in office, who does little for his people and much for himself in the pursuit of whatever his goals may be. In the mean time, thousands of retired disabled veterans in his own area. continue to pay for their own disability, by having their disability payment deducted from their retirement on a monthly basis. You can rate this representative as worthless, since letters, emails, and any sort of contact or opinion have no impact on whatever his agenda in Washington may represent for each particular day he is supposedly engaged in working for the citizens in ARKANSAS.

Let me get this straight . . . President Obama, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid are trying to compel Congress to pass a health care plan . . . 1) Written by a committee whose chairman says he doesn't understand it, 2) Passed by a Congress that hasn't read it but exempts themselves from it, 3) To be signed by a president that also hasn't read it and who smokes, 4) With funding administered by a treasury chief who didn't pay his taxes, 5) All to be overseen by a surgeon general who is obese, 6) And financed by a country that's broke.
